Picnic in the Park

Springtime weather is the weirdest.  It can be 60s and sunny one day and snowing the next.  So when it is nice, you must take advantage!  Last Saturday was one of those good days that just had to be spent outside.  It was sunny and gorgeous!  A group of our friends with kiddos all met in the park for a BBQ- the adults had fun and the littles got lots of energy out so it was a win-win!

We went to Settler’s Park in Meridian, and it is a beautiful new park with playsets, a splash pad, multiple picnic shelters, the list goes on.  It’s pretty great! Our area has some amazing parks, which I’m very thankful for.  Lou has become obsessed with being outside, so I expect we will be frequenting the parks a lot this summer!
