Lucy is so fortunate to grow up with many little friends right around her same age- two of her buddies were even born within about 2 weeks of her! And lucky me, too, because it means I get two great mom friends to co-host birthdays with from here on out (poor Audrey and Tenley are stuck with me!)
During our planning process, we had to make sure things didn’t get too girly and I feel like the two-tti fruity theme worked perfectly for that. It was a fun unisex birthday look that made for some fun photos on my end! And of course, Lucy was the moody one in the cake pictures- the boys were cheesing away! I wonder what was going on in her toddler mind- but from the daggers her eyes were shooting, I can only imagine it had to do with sharing the spotlight or the like. Ha!
I had so much fun with the flower arrangements in pineapples- it’s such an easy DIY vase and fit perfectly with the theme! And Tenley’s balloon backdrop and cake creations were both AMAZING. All in all, the party was a smashing success and the kiddos all left with sugar highs.
Side note … when did my baby grow up?!
