Fair time is always bittersweet to me. It is such a classic summer time event, yet it also signifies the closing of my favorite season. But it is always so fun to walk around and see the exhibits, animals, and do some good ole' people watching! This year, it was fun to walk around and introduce Lucy to the fair. Today marks 39 weeks of pregnancy. How has it gone so fast? We are getting a little anxious around here, knowing that d-day could be tomorrow or it could be 3+ weeks from now. I wish there was a set time when labor started for every mother- that would be so nice, right? Tonight we went to a Food Truck Rally at City Hall in Meridian. this week I have enjoyed: + celebrating Valentine's a week early with Chase at The Melting Pot. Since we aren't huge football fans, instead of watching the Super Bowl Sunday evening, we took advantage of the lack of people going to romantic restaurants! + shopping around Boise at some local stores- the spots I went were Bun in the Oven and Second Chance, a recycled building supply store, since I wanted to see their knob selection for the dresser.
