Our last stop on our road trip was Jackson, Wyoming. While we stayed less than 24 hours, we did get a little time to explore and have a nice meal in the fun little town! Eat: The Blue Lion had local fare like wild caught fish and venison. I especially loved the sign at the front door that politely asked for cell phones to not be visible on the table! After Minneapolis, we started making our way back West. On a last minute whim, we decided to make a stop at Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse memorial. That's the beauty of a road trip, right? You can change your plans and make unexpected stops. I love it!
