Today is the day! And what day is that? It is the first snow of the season. Part of me is filled with sadness, as this snowfall means Fall is drawing to a close. But then I look out the window and see the white, fluffy blanket covering the fallen leaves and bare ground, and am reminded of how pristine and beautiful this pure snow is. It makes me excited for a new season and all the festivities that lie ahead!
Not only is there an addition in the snow, but my orchids are blooming (even in the cold window sill!) which I had to take a picture of.
