A few weeks back I highlighted a tiny home located in Boise that was only 196 square foot. While I do love the idea of compact living and space-saving, I don’t personally think I could survive in 196 square feet comfortably. I came across this Austin home that is part of the same small home movement, but it is just big enough (400 s.f) that I think it would be functional! And the decorating is stellar- I love the pops of colors and eclectic flair. And… it’s in Austin. So of course it’s cool!
