Trip Recap and Happy Weekend!

August 22, 2014

Sorry it has been so quiet here at NN this week- I flew back to Boise on Monday night and have been catching up on sleep, working, and relaxing in my spare time.  Moving is hard work! Ha.  But also, there were many late nights catching up with everyone, which I am not complaining about at all- family time is such a priviledge!

Here are a few snaps from the trip:

Here are some things I have been preoccupied with this week:

1. Video: Self-Discipline Series, Instant Gratification– seriously good!  I have been following Jennifer Scott’s blog for over a year now and am constantly impressed with her tips on how to have a life filled with quality and less materialism.

2.Blog: Cuyana– I love looking at the pictures and styling in this blog.  Cuyana is a brand that believes in buying fewer items but better quality and only things you truly love.  I, too, have been trying to cultivate this philosophy in my own life!

3. Book: French Women Don’t Get Fat– I got this book for the plane ride and it is so good!  I highly recommend it.  The author, Mireille Guiliano, has a great website with recipes and lifestyle tips.

Have a great weekend!
